I have been passionate about cooking since I was a child, and I have honed my skills through years of experience in the food industry. I have worked in various restaurants and catering companies, and have now established myself as a personal chef.

Baked Spinach and Artichoke dip
Our spinach and artichoke dip is made with fresh organic artichoke and organic spinach and aged parmesean and cream and baked to perfection and served with warm crostini bread .
Coconut Shrimp
Six Collosal shrimp lightly battered with fresh coconut flakes and serve with pineapple remoulade .
Braised Short ribs on Crostini Bread
Short ribs slow cooked in cabernet sauvignon to perfection then piled on Garlic crostini ..
Stuffed Mushrooms
Large Portabella Mushrooms stuffed with our blend of cheeses and italian seasoning baked to perfection.
Fried Calamari
Fresh Calamari marinated in Buttermilk and lightly battered and served with garlic aioli
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers
Grilled Chicken breast with Applewood smoked bacon skewered served with housemade honey mustard sauce .
Salad
Any of these options can be made vegan or vegetarian friendly
Caesar salad
Fresh chopped romaine hearts tossed in our housemade Caesar dressing and topped with fresh baked croutons and shaved aged parmesean . Add protiens for additional charge such as Chicken, Shrimp, Steak , Tofu, Salmon .
Mediterranean salad
Fresh chopped kale with sun-dried tomato and cold rotini pasta and Feta cheese tossed in extra virgin olive oil dressing to give it a robust flavor .
Summer Salad
Fresh spinach and Arugula topped with strawberries and blueberries and shaved watermelon and crumbled goat cheese and crispy onions and bacon with our sweet and zesty balsamic glaze .
Protien can also be added for additional charge

Fresh chopped romaine with Genoa salami , sopressata, prosciutto , green Olives, cherry tomato,ciliegine balls, and pepperoncini and tossed in housemade vinergarette .
Beet salad
Spring mix with granny Smith apples and fresh beets , toasted walnuts topped with goat cheese and finished with Balsamic vinegarette
Orzo salad
Orzo pasta tossed in Greek dressing with chopped Persian cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and chickpeas and Feta cheese and Kalamata Olives.
