I have been passionate about cooking since I was a child, and I have honed my skills through years of experience in the food industry. I have worked in various restaurants and catering companies, and have now established myself as a personal chef.
I believe that food should not only be delicious, but also nourishing and healthy. I source my ingredients from local farmers and use organic produce whenever possible. I also take into consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences of my clients.
I offer a range of services, from Professional chef,caterer, meal planning and preparation in my commercial kitchen or your home . Large Portabella Mushrooms stuffed with our blend of cheeses and italian seasoning baked to perfection.
Fresh Calamari marinated in Buttermilk and lightly battered and served with garlic aioli
Grilled Chicken breast with Applewood smoked bacon skewered served with housemade honey mustard sauce .
Any of these options can be made vegan or vegetarian friendly
Fresh chopped romaine hearts tossed in our housemade Caesar dressing and topped with fresh baked croutons and shaved aged parmesean . Add protiens for additional charge such as Chicken, Shrimp, Steak , Tofu, Salmon .
Fresh chopped kale with sun-dried tomato and cold rotini pasta and Feta cheese tossed in extra virgin olive oil dressing to give it a robust flavor .
Fresh spinach and Arugula topped with strawberries and blueberries and shaved watermelon and crumbled goat cheese and crispy onions and bacon with our sweet and zesty balsamic glaze .
Protien can also be added for additional charge
Fresh chopped romaine with Genoa salami , sopressata, prosciutto , green Olives, cherry tomato,ciliegine balls, and pepperoncini and tossed in housemade vinergarette .
Spring mix with granny Smith apples and fresh beets , toasted walnuts topped with goat cheese and finished with Balsamic vinegarette
Orzo pasta tossed in Greek dressing with chopped Persian cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and chickpeas and Feta cheese and Kalamata Olives.
